"Down the Narrow Path"
by Michael Marchand
He walks down the narrow path,
Without making a sound.
He walks down the beaten path,
Thrice falling to the ground.
He walks down the unpaven path,
And begins to get sore.
He walks down the grueling path,
And knows what's in store.
He walks down the crowded path,
Blood drips from his crown.
He walks down the narrow path,
Towards the tree to which he'll be bound.
