"Love Conquers All"

by Michael Marchand

When you look up at the sky, Do you ever stop and wonder why, We were put upon this earth, And what was the meaning of our birth. Is there a god or is it just fate, That we live in this world of hate? Is there any supreme power, That makes it snow or makes it shower? Should we bow before his might, Or should we take up arms and fight, Against the so-called Mighty One? Or is it that we've already won? The freedom to do what we please, The freedom to get off our knees. And not have to bow before, The creator of this world of war. But no matter how often you fall, In the end Love Conquers All. You should live the way you choose, By doing that you'll never lose. So when life gives you a choice, Just listen to your inner voice, And it will lead you the right way, And never let you go astray. So here's the message I give to you, Remember this in whatever you do: No matter how often you fall, In the end Love Conquers All. When your back's against the wall, Just remember that Love Conquers All.
